Technical Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT team, taking responsibility for technology projects within the company
• Work directly with leadership and departments to analyze business needs and define project goals and scope
• Plan project implementation including scope, timeline, budget, personnel, and risk management
• Coordinate with departmental staff and the IT team to develop projects throughout their entire lifecycle
• Monitor progress, ensure output quality, and provide periodic reports to the Board of Directors

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Technical Manager or Technical Leader in the IT field
• Experience implementing internal systems, enterprise platforms, and digitizing business operations
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, business thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work closely with both business and technical teams
• Experience working with GenAI models/APIs (e.g., OpenAI API, Claude API, Gemini, or equivalent LLMs)
• Understanding of how to apply GenAI to products and business processes
• Preference for candidates with experience in digital transformation, data, and AI
