Responsibilities

• Provide functional, technical, and development support for PeopleSoft ELM within a government or defense environment
• Assess high-level architectural designs, research implementation roadmaps, and conduct feasibility assessments
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable guidance aligned with customer outcomes
• Develop, test, troubleshoot, and optimize PeopleSoft modules and system enhancements
• Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and contribute to project management activities

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
• Minimum 8 years of relevant technical experience
• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Expertise with PeopleSoft ELM, HR, Financials, SQL, and PeopleTools
• Strong knowledge of Selective Adoption, PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), and PeopleSoft Query Manager
• Experience managing small- to medium-sized technical projects
• Deep understanding of the full software development life cycle (SDLC)

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong programming fundamentals and understanding of database concepts
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
• Cloud experience (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, etc.)
