Technical Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and thermal, refrigeration, and electrical equipment
• Train staff and ensure compliance with safety processes for goods and people
• Select external providers, negotiate, and monitor maintenance work in agreement with the Regional Maintenance Manager
• Manage contractual services and control bodies
• Guarantee legality and compliance with new regulations
• Follow ISO 22000-50001 and waste treatment standards to reduce environmental footprint
• Manage operating and investment budgets
• Lead and mobilize teams to achieve common objectives and develop skills
• Implement HR policies regarding health, safety, recruitment, and training

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational skills and rigor
• Field-oriented mindset with a preference for varied actions
• Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Digital literacy for tracking maintenance and upkeep services
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
