Technical Manager (Infrastructure)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all technical activities related to infrastructure projects under the LDIP framework
• Develop and review technical designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to address technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Ensure the application of best practices, quality standards, and safety regulations in all technical deliverables
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating technical risks
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure project management or technical leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure design, construction, and technical standards
• Proven experience in managing technical teams and coordinating multidisciplinary projects
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with LDIP project requirements and specifications
