About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation of files during PC, DCE, and AO phases
- Validate technical and regulatory design to meet cost, deadline, and quality objectives
- Control and guarantee work execution in compliance with budgets, deadlines, and regulations
- Provide technical assistance to the project owner to ensure quality and project alignment
- Report activity to the Agency Technical Director
- Ensure construction sites run smoothly by monitoring technical regulations, safety, schedules, and costs
Requirements
- Engineering degree (BTP, Civil Engineering, or Generalist preferred)
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a technical role, preferably in real estate development
- Proficiency in cost monitoring, planning, and technical risk management
- Knowledge of construction/real estate regulations
- Mastery of TCE (All Trades) works management and safety standards
- Knowledge of BTP actors and decarbonized construction methods
- Strong synthesis, communication, and reporting skills
