Technical Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyze client specifications during the pre-project phase to build technical proposals
• Consolidate development costs and prepare elements for production costing
• Design and develop innovative technical solutions for rubber-metal railway suspensions
• Manage prototypes, adjustments, qualifications, and industrialization processes
• Lead projects in the absence of a dedicated manager, including planning and client deliverables
• Act as the technical and project interface with clients

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school with a focus on mechanics
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design and project management
• Knowledge of vibration mechanics and mechanical design
• Proficiency in mechanical design tools and project management tools
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in elastomers
