Technical Manager

Responsibilities

• Support land developers prior to land signing and assist in establishing objective notes from feasibility studies
• Ensure global consistency of files (technical, financial, legal, etc.)
• Collaborate with Program Directors to develop tender documents and define service options
• Manage construction cost estimations in coordination with management
• Handle company consultations, tender launches, technical and financial analysis of offers, and negotiations
• Centralize information including archiving and provider evaluations
• Identify and communicate relevant regulatory or technical information

Requirements

• Bac +3 to +5 degree from an engineering school
• Significant initial experience in a general contracting company (price study), design office, or project management
• Rigorous and organized
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to anticipate needs
