Technical Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise technological teams to ensure the execution of high-impact digital solutions.
• Define technological strategy and solution architecture for digital platforms and products.
• Direct internal teams and coordinate multi-region external vendors.
• Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development.
• Guarantee technical quality, stability, and delivery speed through the definition and monitoring of technical KPIs.
• Manage budgets and ensure operational efficiency.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to connect technical decisions with business strategy and user experience.
• Promote the professional development, growth, and performance of the technical team.

Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the technology sector.
• Proven experience leading technical teams as a Technical Manager, Engineering Manager, or Tech Lead.
• Solid background in backend development and software architecture.
• Experience with microservices, APIs, cloud computing, and distributed architectures.
• Proficiency with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, C#, or Go.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of modern frontend technologies including React, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and automation processes.
• Experience managing vendors and external teams.
• Proficiency using AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar.
• Advanced English language skills.
