Technical Logistics & Systems Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage the shipping, handling, and maintenance of ultrasound systems to support medical technology operations
• Perform system hardware and software upgrades to ensure equipment readiness
• Troubleshoot system and module issues to maintain high-quality medical technology solutions
• Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and project managers to support the cardiac ultrasound team
• Utilize SAP for procurement, managing purchase orders, and tracking material availability
• Engage in prototype building and technical problem-solving activities

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a technician role
• Proficiency in system hardware and software upgrades and troubleshooting
• Strong experience using SAP for procurement and material management
• High school diploma required (2-year vocational degree preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work onsite in Cambridge, MA and perform physical job requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the medical technology or shipping logistics field
• Air IATA and Ground Certification
