Technical Learning Portfolio Owner

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the global Technical Learning Portfolio roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and strategic importance.
• Act as Project Lead for the technical production team, driving the planning, execution, and quality assurance of learning deliverables.
• Drive the development of Global Technical Masters and define competence progression and certification structures.
• Deliver and continuously improve Technical Train-the-Trainer (TtT) programs to ensure global standards and regional implementation.
• Collaborate with Product organizations, SMEs, and regional stakeholders to align learning solutions with product launches and business needs.
• Monitor portfolio performance using KPIs and dealer feedback to drive continuous improvement in technical competence.

Requirements

• Relevant academic degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience in technical training, service development, or dealer operations.
• Proven experience in global portfolio or program management.
• Experience working effectively within a global matrix organization.
• Proven experience delivering Train-the-Trainer (TtT) programs.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and modern learning technologies.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
