Technical Learning Metrics and Evaluation Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training compliance using dashboards, scorecards, and key learning metrics
• Build and refine standardized reporting tools for training compliance and course evaluation outcomes
• Evaluate training effectiveness through knowledge checks, assessments, and learner feedback
• Partner with Quality, Compliance, and Operations to define KPIs for training programs
• Prepare executive-ready summaries and metrics packages for governance forums and management reviews
• Use data visualization to present compliance metrics to stakeholders
• Collaborate with LMS administrators to validate report logic and ensure data integrity
• Track training delivery metrics including attendance, cancellations, and instructor assignments
• Monitor training delivery activity to assess capacity utilization and alignment with business demand
• Support GMP training activities including document review (SOPs, WIs) and managing Deviations/CAPAs
• Provide LMS end-user support and assist with curricula management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences preferred
• 5 years of training/documentation experience in a pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical GMP facility (or 3 years with a Master's, or PhD)
• Familiarity with document change management and FDA quality systems
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), MasterControl is a plus
• Proficiency in Smartsheet for project management and dashboard creation
• High level of attention to detail and proficiency in Word and Excel
• Strong organizational, compliance, and interpersonal communication skills
