Technical Lead/Project Manager Bridge & Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments and teams toward established goals regarding time, budget, quality, and delivery.
• Actively participate in meetings with clients and internal organizations to facilitate information flow.
• Collaborate with colleagues from other technical disciplines on multidisciplinary projects.
• Perform technical tasks including investigations, inspections, calculations, design, and AMA descriptions.
• Contribute to market monitoring and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

• Civil or university engineering degree in construction or civil engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a consultant, client, or contractor.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialization or focus on bridge engineering.
• Knowledge of Trafikverket processes within bridge, road, or railway sectors.
• Understanding of municipal planning processes.
• Proficiency in an additional language, such as Polish.
