Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, manufacturing, or production development programs
• Architect or build complex physical systems from first principles to final integration
• Drive technical vision while maintaining a hands-on approach to implementation
• Scale R&D operations into full-scale production environments

Requirements

• Strong technical foundation in engineering or manufacturing
• Deep expertise in at least one technical domain
• Proven leadership in fast-paced, technically ambitious environments
• Experience with zero-to-one builds and high-ambiguity projects
• Ability to work cross-functionally across engineering and operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience standing up factories or test facilities from scratch
• Expertise in industrial automation, robotics, or high-mix manufacturing
• Experience with MRP/ERP design and implementation
• Background in metal additive manufacturing
• Experience in aerospace, robotics, semiconductors, or autonomous vehicles
