Technical Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams through the tender, design, and production phases of PreFab Modular Data Center Systems.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during meetings and interviews.
• Manage design proposals, specifications, and drawings to evaluate feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements.
• Develop the Basis of Design (BOD) including capacity requirements, redundancy, and system sequence of operation.
• Coordinate with sub-consultants and internal teams to ensure design cohesion and technical compliance.
• Support the production and construction teams by managing RFIs, site assessments, and as-built drawings.
• Perform design improvements to support upgrades and efficient solutions based on client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred).
• 5+ years of experience with infrastructure projects within multinational engineering teams.
• 3+ years of technical experience in Data Center solutions (Secure Power, Cooling, Electrical/Mechanical installations).
• Fluency in English (C1 level).
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Word.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams on medium- to large-scale projects.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and customer-facing communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced, competitive business environment.
