Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using .NET, Angular, and SQL, focusing on integration and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, promoting best practices and quality standards.
• Plan, estimate, and prioritize development activities to ensure efficient delivery aligned with business commitments.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through deployment and maintenance.
• Facilitate integration with third-party systems and platforms, collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, security, and productivity while exploring emerging technologies and AI-based tools.
• Develop and grow team members by adapting leadership styles to different experience levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development using .NET, Angular, and SQL.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Strong background in systems integration, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, including clean code, secure development, and Git version control.
• Adaptable and results-oriented profile comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
