Technical Lead - Virtual ADAS Environment Development

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and scaling of AI-based solutions within the ADAS field
• Provide disciplinary leadership to an interdisciplinary team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Software Engineers
• Oversee the generation of synthetic data using Generative AI for SiL and HiL test benches
• Select, evaluate, and implement modern generative AI models, including LLM-based generators, diffusion models, and GANs
• Present technical concepts, strategic approaches, and results to executives and clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in driver assistance systems or autonomous driving functions
• Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, including large language models (LLMs), neural network training, and world foundation models
• Proficiency with sensor data types, including camera, LiDAR, and radar
