Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering foundations of the Analytics & Reporting capabilities
• Lead the development of a new Analytics product and implementation of a new cloud data warehouse
• Lead the build of the data model integration layer, including automated customer schema provisioning and SSO integration
• Uplift existing ad-hoc reporting and analytics tools
• Assist with improving the database schema and aligning the platform to analytics best practices
• Design high-performing, scalable, and secure solutions
• Teach and promote software design, architecture, and best practices across teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar
• At least 2 years of experience in a Technical Lead role
• Experience modernizing and decomposing large codebases
• Proven track record of taking products from inception to production
• Experience working on SaaS platforms at scale
• Experience designing integration-heavy systems (APIs, automation, workflows)
• Experience implementing identity and access patterns (SSO, SAML/OIDC)
• Strong database fundamentals and practical SQL experience
• Deep knowledge of the .NET ecosystem (framework 4.6+ / .NET 6+)
• Proficiency in C#, MVC, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Experience with C# testing frameworks
• Proficiency with Azure SQL and Git

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles
• Proficiency with public cloud providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience building modern analytics/data platforms or cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric)
• Experience with data pipeline tooling (Azure Data Factory, dbt, etc.)
• Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS analytics patterns
• Strong operational mindset regarding observability and incident response
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA)
