Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of the software design process to create high-performing, scalable, and secure products
• Act as the senior technical person in the team, providing hands-on solutions and code
• Design right-sized solutions in collaboration with Product, Design, Quality, Platform, and Security teams
• Modernize and decompose large codebases
• Teach and promote knowledge regarding software design, architecture, performance, and maintainability
• Stay up to date with the latest .NET and web technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar
• At least 2 years of experience in a Technical Lead or similar role
• Experience improving, modernizing, and decomposing large codebases
• Proven track record of creating products and features from the ground up through to production
• Experience working on SaaS platforms at scale
• Deep knowledge of the .NET ecosystem (framework 4.6+ / .NET 6+)
• Proficiency in web technologies including C#, MVC, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Experience with C# testing frameworks
• Experience with Azure SQL and Git

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of accessibility standards
• Experience with containerization technologies
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles
• Proficiency with public cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
