Technical Lead, Single Photon Sources Validation

Responsibilities

• Lead validation planning and define figures of merit for cryogenic electro-optical assemblies
• Develop algorithms for data analysis and performance parameter extraction
• Execute validation plans, including debugging and characterization of assemblies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on electro-optical designs
• Contribute to the setup of laboratory cryogenic systems including light sources and detectors
• Develop software scripts for automated measurement setups and database integration
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, or Material Science
• 12+ years of industry experience
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional projects
• Experience with single photon detectors and cryogenic environment testing
• Experience with non-linear optical photonic integrated circuits
• Proficiency with optical and electrical test equipment (OSA, oscilloscopes, VNA, etc.)
• Experience developing test methods and calibration algorithms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with photonics quantum experiments
