Technical Lead/Senior Audiovisual Technician

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audiovisual systems in an event environment to ensure seamless execution.
• Test, maintain, prepare, and repair equipment prior to events.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by meeting with clients on-site to ensure their needs are met and equipment is functioning correctly.
• Monitor live events and maintain positive communication with both internal and external clients.
• Comply with all company safety and security measures, including the use of appropriate PPE.
• Manage equipment changes and technical issues professionally and in a timely manner.
• Utilize equipment sheets to manage setups and teardowns accurately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven troubleshooting skills regarding audiovisual equipment and software.
• Ability to perform technical equipment maintenance.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• 3 years of audiovisual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
