Technical Lead/Senior Audiovisual Technician

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audiovisual systems in an event environment to ensure seamless execution.
• Test, maintain, prepare, and repair equipment prior to events.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by meeting with clients on-site to ensure their technical needs are met.
• Monitor live events throughout the day to proactively address any technical issues or client requests.
• Comply with all company safety and security measures, including the use of appropriate PPE.
• Manage equipment changes and technical troubleshooting in a professional and timely manner.
• Utilize equipment sheets to manage setups and teardowns accurately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven troubleshooting skills regarding audiovisual equipment and software.
• Ability to maintain technical equipment and follow strict safety protocols.
• 3 years of audiovisual experience or equivalent in an educational or event environment preferred.
• Experience in customer service or the hospitality industry preferred.
