Technical Lead Road/Water and Wastewater

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical area for road and/or water/wastewater (VA) projects
• Ensure projects are delivered according to customer requirements, budget, schedule, and quality
• Ensure projects follow relevant technical standards and regulations
• Act as a team leader for the local road and VA group in Norrköping
• Support, coach, and develop the team in daily work to foster a positive work climate
• Collaborate with other disciplines and stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions
• Maintain contact with customers and partners to develop long-term relationships

Requirements

• University degree or Civil Engineering degree in urban planning/civil engineering or equivalent
• At least four years of experience in design within road and/or water/wastewater (VA)
• Experience in technical responsibility, technical coordination, or technical leadership in projects
• Good understanding of economics, budgeting, and resource planning
• Knowledge of relevant laws, standards, and technical guidelines
• Proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or Novapoint
• Familiarity with AMA standards

• Experience coordinating or leading a technical team
• Interest in leadership and business development
• Experience with international sourcing or collaboration
• Experience working with sustainability issues
