Technical Lead Road and Earthworks

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the technical area of road and earthworks projects
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality, within budget, and on schedule
• Perform technical design and support colleagues
• Collaborate closely with customers and other technical disciplines
• Prepare tender documents, including technical descriptions and bills of quantities

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent knowledge in civil engineering or related field
• Several years of experience in road and earthworks design
• Strong knowledge of industry laws, standards, and technical guidelines
• Experience from the contracting side is preferred
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
