Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining full stack applications
• Architect, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance web solutions
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices in software development
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant

Requirements

• 7+ years of full stack development experience
• 2+ years in a lead or mentorship role
• Extensive experience with TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
• Strong database knowledge in SQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL
• Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes
• Advanced knowledge of Azure Cloud
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of system design, design patterns, and software architecture
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
