Technical Lead QA - Playwright Automation

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of automation for insurance web applications and APIs using Playwright
• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Apply AI-driven testing approaches to accelerate automation development and improve test coverage
• Execute advanced test case design and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Communicate effectively with both onshore and offshore resources to drive engineering excellence

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in automation and functional testing
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related STEM field
• Proficiency in programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, or Java
• Extensive knowledge of Playwright, Selenium, APIs, and SQL
• Thorough understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their integration with testing processes
• Experience with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies
• Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain
• Knowledge of Mainframe systems
