Technical Lead - PPM

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership for PPM platforms, focusing on Wellspring Accolade configuration.
• Configure project, program, portfolio structures, resource models, and financial models.
• Develop and maintain the Accolade backend data model, including SKU and portfolio roll-ups.
• Support the design and delivery of integrations between Accolade and enterprise data lakes.
• Work with Data Engineering teams to ensure reliable data ingestion and clear data lineage.
• Manage PPM releases, upgrades, and post-release verification across multiple environments.
• Partner with Product Managers, Architects, and vendor teams to ensure scalable and compliant solutions.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in enterprise application delivery or technical support roles.
• Hands-on experience configuring Wellspring Accolade or similar PPM platforms.
• Deep expertise in PPM data models, including financials, resources, and portfolio structures.
• Proven experience supporting integrations with data lakes or analytics platforms.
• Strong knowledge of API-based integration patterns and data exchange.
• Ability to work effectively in complex, multi-vendor, and global delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Innovation or R&D PPM contexts.
• Exposure to Databricks, Power BI, or other enterprise analytics platforms.
• Experience working within regulated or controlled environments.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and release management.
