Technical Lead (.Net)

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer scalable, high-performance technical architectures using .NET and SQL Server.
• Lead and mentor Agile development pods, managing sprint ceremonies and ensuring adherence to the "Definition of Done."
• Architect and manage automated CI/CD deployment pipelines within Azure DevOps.
• Configure and deploy solutions to Virtual Machines hosting IIS.
• Represent the development team at the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to defend technical changes and deployment plans.
• Provide high-level hyper-care support and execute after-hours production deployments to ensure system stability.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in .NET development.
• Deep, hands-on SQL Server knowledge, including performance tuning, complex querying, and schema design.
• Mastery of Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, sprint tracking, and automated build/release pipelines.
• Proven experience in solution architecture and documenting enterprise-grade technical designs.
• Strong experience deploying and managing applications on Virtual Machines running IIS.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to communicate technical risks and mitigation strategies confidently to executive stakeholders.
