Monaco is building an AI-native revenue platform that replaces the fragmented GTM stack with one unified system. We’ve raised $85M through our Series B from legendary investors including Founders Fund, Benchmark, and Human Capital, and are led by industry veterans from Brex, Apollo, and Clari.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and execution of the company and contact data pipeline
• Define and drive data ingestion initiatives end to end, from scoping to delivery
• Set the technical standard for tooling choices, modeling practices, and documentation
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to turn data into leverage

Requirements

• Prior experience as a technical lead or equivalent
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills
• Experience owning a dbt project end to end
• Experience with modern data warehouses (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift)
• Proficiency in Python for analysis and automation
• Strong technical communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with GTM or revenue data
• Experience learning, maintaining, and cleaning large-scale data patterns
