Technical Lead Manager, Embedded Experiences

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction, architecture, and execution of critical Cooperative Systems initiatives
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers while maintaining hands-on technical involvement
• Partner with stakeholders across Support, Operations, Finance, IT, Sales, and Legal to identify AI-driven improvements
• Design and build production systems leveraging large language models and AI technologies
• Drive engineering excellence through technical decision-making, code quality, and operational rigor
• Establish technical roadmaps and execution plans for cross-team projects
• Coach engineers through technical challenges and career growth

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering projects involving consumer devices and/or embedded systems
• Strong systems design and software engineering fundamentals
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to production
• Ability to move between architecture, coding, and stakeholder management
• Experience building products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
