Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of modern, production-grade web applications using contemporary UI technologies.
• Architect solutions that balance user experience, performance, scalability, and delivery constraints.
• Set technical direction and standards to ensure consistency, quality, and long-term maintainability.
• Mentor engineers across workstreams, helping them grow technically and professionally.
• Partner with client stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor to translate business objectives into technical strategies.
• Manage software quality, testing strategies, and delivery velocity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and building complex, commercial-grade software systems.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript, including modern UI frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
• Proven track record of leading UI development for large-scale, multi-year greenfield projects.
• Professional experience within banking, payments, or financial services.
• Experience with AI/LLM tooling, automation frameworks, or engineering agents.
• Solid grasp of SDLC practices, CI/CD, and automated testing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Backend engineering experience in languages such as .NET, Java, or Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Experience working on large-scale programs within complex enterprise environments (e.g., Fortune 500 firms).
• Experience with financial products, platforms, or data-intensive systems.
