Technical Lead (Java)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of architecture modules and system functions
• Drive system architecture design, optimization, and technical decision-making
• Solve complex technical challenges and provide technical guidance to development teams
• Mentor and support team members in technical growth
• Collaborate with Project Manager to ensure technical excellence and project delivery
• Work with modern technologies and databases in an agile environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related major
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong expertise in Java and system design
• Experience with DB2, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server
• Experience in database performance tuning
• 1+ years of technical management experience
• Fluent English or Japanese preferred
