Technical Lead Java

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor a team of developers to ensure technical excellence and smooth project execution
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
• Participate in complex design and architecture decisions for scalable and maintainable systems
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Partner with project managers to define timelines, resource allocation, and manage risks

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in Java development
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
• Deep understanding of Core Java, including concurrency and JVM internals
• Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Strong skills in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra)
• Knowledge of security protocols like OAuth2 and JWT
• Experience with caching technologies such as Redis or Ehcache
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in gRPC and messaging queues
• Strong analytical skills for debugging production issues
