Technical Lead - IT

Responsibilities

• Act as a Fullstack Developer for web applications, applying logical thinking to provide technical solutions
• Manage the full project life cycle and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful deliveries
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and high-quality code
• Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support on project tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Automation, Informatics, or similar)
• 8-10 years of experience as a Fullstack Java Developer
• 3-4 years of web development experience using Angular or AngularJS
• Strong knowledge of Core Java and J2EE
• Hands-on experience with WebLogic 11g/12c
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP web services, XML, JBoss, Hibernate, and Spring
• Experience with Oracle DB and SQL, including writing advanced queries and procedures
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Skylab and Cloud Technologies
• Experience with Adobe CQ5 DAM
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-directed, organized, and highly motivated professional
