Technical Lead IoT & AI

Responsibilities

• Define, pilot, and implement the technological vision and R&D roadmap
• Coordinate technical expertise across IoT, AI, data science, software, and DevOps
• Act as an architect and integrator to ensure system robustness and scalability
• Manage R&D budgets and participate in strategic management decisions
• Lead and mentor technical teams to ensure excellence in execution
• Represent the company within the innovation ecosystem (universities, industrial partners)
• Oversee compliance, standardization (CE, FCC), and intellectual property filings

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in electronics, computer science, or a related field
• Significant experience in a demanding technological environment
• Transversal expertise in IoT (embedded software, back-end, front-end) and Big Data
• Strong expertise in AI and Machine Learning
• Proven ability to define and pilot technological roadmaps aligned with business needs
• Experience with agile methodologies and industrialization processes
• Understanding of regulatory and legal issues (cybersecurity, data, compliance)
• Fluency in French and English
