Technical Lead, Identity & Access Management

Responsibilities

• Define long-term IAM strategy, roadmap, and operating model across the enterprise and product ecosystem
• Assess and mature Identity Provider architecture toward a resilient, scalable design
• Drive identity systems toward Zero Trust principles
• Automate the full identity lifecycle beyond traditional joiner-mover-leaver processes
• Implement RBAC and least-privilege policies for human and non-human identities at scale
• Centralize secrets management across cloud and enterprise environments
• Design and deliver Privileged Access Management for enterprise IT and cloud engineering admin accounts
• Implement scalable access management for AI agents and bots
• Enable SSO and govern authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0)
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver access management and satisfy audit requirements

Requirements

• 8-12+ years in identity or security engineering
• Hands-on cloud architecture experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Track record of leading complex IAM programs from design to production
• Deep expertise in IAM technologies: LDAP/AD, IDPs, SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0
• Experience implementing Zero Trust identity models and PAM frameworks
• Hands-on experience with secrets management platforms
• Experience with non-human and machine identity management at scale
• Experience building access controls for AI workloads, agents, or service accounts
• Familiarity with SCIM provisioning and automated IGA workflows
• Excellent communication and influencing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Security certifications such as CISSP or GIAC
• Solid grasp of identity compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST) and audit support experience
