Technical Lead Ground/Street/Road

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical group and ensure projects meet high technical standards
• Plan, design, and implement road, ground, and street projects
• Manage the technical area's budget, schedule, and quality
• Participate actively in the design of infrastructure facilities
• Ensure projects follow relevant technical standards and regulations
• Collaborate with other disciplines and stakeholders to create integrated solutions
• Monitor and evaluate technical execution throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners

Requirements

• Education in civil engineering, urban planning, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in design and technical leadership for road/street projects
• Documented experience leading and developing technical teams
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or Novapoint
• Familiarity with AMA standards
• Strong knowledge of economics, budgeting, and resource management
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and technical guidelines
• Fluency in Swedish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with sourcing
• Experience working with sustainability issues
