Technical Lead Full Stack

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex business logic using Spring Boot and ReactJS
• Participate in backend service design, including API and database table architecture
• Develop and maintain backend APIs and web frontend projects
• Research new technologies and provide strategic suggestions to the leadership team
• Deploy and troubleshoot applications within an AWS cloud environment
• Integrate applications with internal Fidelity backend systems or external third-party systems
• Provide technical oversight and guidance throughout the full software development lifecycle
• Manage individual task progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Java, Web, and Microservices development in a commercial environment
• Expertise in frontend development technologies such as ReactJS or VUE
• Experience with AWS cloud or other cloud-based systems
• Proficiency in VBA, Office Script, or MS Power solutions
• Strong business English communication skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking)
• Experience with development, testing, build, and source code versioning tools
• Strong logical thinking and ability to work under minimal supervision

• Experience in the Investment Management industry
• Experience working with globally distributed development teams
• Experience with workflow design and implementation
