Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the manufacturing line to ensure high standards of GMP, quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness standards, ensuring equipment is free of product buildup, grease, and dust.
• Perform required product quality and HACCP checks to ensure all products meet specifications.
• Lead and train the line team on Froneri standards, maintaining up-to-date skill matrixes.
• Manage labor and efficiency by respecting staffing maps, break schedules, and production targets.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and refrigeration issues on freezers, brine systems, and hardeners using HMI and Carlson.
• Perform mechanical adjustments, routine maintenance (PMs), and autonomous maintenance (AMs).
• Monitor and address issues causing waste to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production outputs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a freezer operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration settings and troubleshooting refrigeration systems.
• Proficiency in mechanical adjustments and the use of regular tools for line maintenance.
• Deep understanding of HACCP and GMP standards within a food production setting.
• Ability to navigate HMI interfaces and perform alarm-driven fault finding.
• Experience with ice cream processing, including volumes, weights, and CIP management.
