Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to identify and evaluate emerging technology to provide guidance to solution and data engineering teams
• Provide thought leadership on leveraging AI Automation capabilities
• Define strategic architecture blueprints depicting target end-state architecture
• Define strategies for transforming enterprise data availability for machine learning, reporting, and automation
• Align IT architecture and technology strategy to enable business goals
• Manage risk of information and IT assets through security policies
• Evaluate COTS solutions for data and information security

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
• 10+ years of experience in software development
• Experience crafting enterprise-wide strategies for process automation and AI
• Experience with enterprise data pipeline management and integration
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of Gen AI, LLMs, RAG, ML, and Automation frameworks
• Experience with Google Cloud, Apps Script, Looker, BigQuery, and AppSheet
• Expertise in enterprise RAG-based systems and prompt engineering
• Experience with API management platforms and RESTful APIs
