Technical Lead C++

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical execution of embedded system projects from design through integration and validation
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable deliverables
• Coordinate development across embedded software, control systems, and hardware integration
• Review and validate design documentation, interface specifications, and verification procedures
• Oversee integration testing, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulations, and fault analysis
• Track engineering milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure smooth progress across teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and documentation standards
• Provide technical insights and mentorship to junior engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in embedded systems development, integration, and testing
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems
• Strong knowledge of CAN, J1939, and Ethernet communication protocols
• Experience with Microcontrollers, RTOS, and Control Systems Integration
• Understanding of Diagnostics, Fault handling, and Functional Safety Principles
• Experience with Agile development practices and configuration management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with remote-controlled applications or autonomous machinery for heavy equipment
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) or software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing setups
• Exposure to system engineering processes including Requirements Management and System Verification
• Experience collaborating with global cross-functional R&D teams
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master
