Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art control and automation solutions for international projects.
• Provide technical direction, mentorship, and guidance to team members to foster professional growth.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Design, configure, and integrate process control solutions, including PLC, DCS, and HMI software.
• Develop technical documentation such as P&IDs, loop descriptions, User Requirement Specifications, and hardware/software design specifications.
• Manage project timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Oversee the specification and procurement of process instrumentation, PLCs, DCSs, and electrical components.
• Support on-site activities including installation, testing, start-up, and operator training.

Requirements

• B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering from a recognized institute.
• 7–8 years of practical experience as an Automation Engineer or Lead Engineer in process control systems.
• Deep technical knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA, and Field Instrumentation.
• Proven experience in implementing automation/electrical solutions and writing software code.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate diverse technical teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in all project phases, including requirements, design, implementation, integration, testing, and startup.
