Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art control and automation solutions for international projects.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members to foster skill development.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Design, configure, and integrate process control solutions including PLC, DCS, and HMI software.
• Develop P&IDs, loop descriptions, User Requirement Specifications, and hardware design specifications.
• Manage project timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Oversee the specification and purchase of process instrumentation, drives, and electrical components.
• Conduct on-site installation, testing, and start-up of control systems.
• Train operators and engineers on newly implemented control systems.

Requirements

• B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics from a recognized institute.
• 7–8 years of practical experience as an Automation Engineer or Lead Engineer.
• Proven experience with DCS, PLC, SCADA, and Field Instrumentation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate technical teams.
• Proficiency in developing electrical and control panel schematics.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of process manufacturing and control system implementation across all project phases.
