Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performance .NET applications
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes
• Review code to ensure high-quality deliverables and system stability
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and system bottlenecks
• Participate in architecture discussions and decision-making processes
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining strict quality standards

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in .NET development
• Strong experience in .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#
• Solid understanding of software architecture patterns including Microservices, MVC, and Clean Architecture
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and integration patterns
• Proficiency in database design and development using SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically Azure
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the SDLC
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
