Technical Lead - AM

Responsibilities

• Lead network design changes, including new connectivity models, PSC/PSA design, and complex routing.
• Manage GKE-specific networking, including Pod and Service CIDR management.
• Perform routine GKE and Istio troubleshooting and operational tasks.
• Oversee Kubernetes primitives such as Deployments, RBAC, Network Policies, and Storage Classes.
• Implement and manage security protocols including mTLS, token-based authentication, and CA chains.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving DNS split-horizon, proxy-only subnets, and cross-project permissions.
• Build monitoring dashboards and perform initial incident triage using observability tools.
• Drive automation and CI/CD processes using Jenkins.

Requirements

• 9 to 10 years of professional experience in technical leadership or infrastructure roles.
• Deep expertise with Shared VPCs, GKE, Workload Identity, and Load Balancing (L4/L7, SNI, TLS).
• Proficiency in Kubernetes primitives (RBAC, Network Policies, PV/PVC).
• Strong understanding of Mutual TLS (mTLS) and certificate management.
• Advanced skills in containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Proven experience with Jenkins for CI/CD and automation.
• Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
