Technical Lead – AI & Computer Vision

Responsibilities

• Act as the scientific and technical coordinator for the R&D department
• Direct developments in computer vision, AI, and deep learning for complex image and data processing
• Design, optimize, and industrialize algorithms using Python and C++
• Coordinate research projects by defining scientific priorities and monitoring performance indicators
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of researchers and engineers
• Participate in R&D budget management, scientific monitoring, and academic/industrial partnerships
• Contribute to research valorization through conferences, publications, and patent filings

Requirements

• Master's, PhD, or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Signal Processing, or a related field
• Proven senior experience in R&D with a technical or scientific leadership role
• Solid expertise in computer vision and artificial intelligence
• Mandatory mastery of Python and C++ for optimization and performance contexts
• Strong algorithmic culture and ability to handle complex problems
• Proficiency in English for an international context

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D data or point clouds
• Prior knowledge of mapping technologies
