Technical Lead - AI

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and deploy advanced chatbots based on Generative AI, Agentic AI, LangGraph, and MCP
• Lead the full development lifecycle of AI solutions, from technical requirement definition to production deployment
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a team of GenAI engineers
• Orchestrate multi-agent systems and workflow automation
• Communicate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders

Requirements

• Bac+5 degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field
• 6 to 9 years of experience in AI development, technical architecture, or GenAI projects
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, including LLMs, architectures, and optimization
• Proficiency in Agentic AI and multi-agent orchestration
• Mastery of the LangGraph framework and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Advanced Python skills and experience with major AI/ML libraries
• Proven experience in technical leadership or engineering team management

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of data modeling, data pipelines, and scalable architectures
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles for conversational AI
• Experience with cloud deployment platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containers, and automation
