Technical Lead - Advanced Analytics & MLOps

Responsibilities

• Act as the Technical Lead within cross-functional Squads, partnering with Product Owners and AI leads to translate business needs into robust technical designs.
• Define architecture, approach, and data flow for new solutions to ensure scalability and feasibility.
• Own the production pipeline by refactoring, hardening, and deploying experimental models into production environments.
• Champion an AI-first development culture by leveraging Generative AI tools for code generation, unit testing, and documentation.
• Enforce "Clean Code" standards using Python, focusing on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), modular design, and library management.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a core technical team of 2–4 Data Engineers and DevOps specialists.
• Oversee the design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, git workflows, and automated testing frameworks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, or MLOps.
• Expert proficiency in Python, including OOP, library building, and package management.
• Deep hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure architecture.
• Strong background in MLOps, CI/CD, containerization, and agile software delivery.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring technical talent and conducting high-quality code reviews.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• A proactive "builder" mindset with a passion for using AI to accelerate development velocity.
