Technical IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and deployment of construction-focused software platforms and mobile applications.
• Act as the primary bridge between technical development teams and construction stakeholders to translate site needs into technical requirements.
• Manage project scope, sprints, and backlogs using Agile methodologies to ensure timely software releases.
• Oversee system integrations and user acceptance testing (UAT) with site teams to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Proactively identify technical bottlenecks, scope creep, or deployment risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present data-driven technical progress reports and product roadmaps to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 5 years of proven experience as an IT/Software Project Manager, specifically delivering construction-related software, mobile apps, or PropTech solutions.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• High proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia if not already based there.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Prior experience in the Saudi Arabia/GCC tech or construction market.
• Experience working in fast-paced software startups or technology consulting firms.
