Technical Integrator

Responsibilities

• Support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Targets and Countermeasures program by developing and refining target system capabilities
• Collaborate with Program Chief Engineers and Chief Product Engineers to provide timely and accurate data responses
• Compile weekly staff summaries and briefings for program leadership
• Coordinate with contractor teams to ensure the correct planning and execution of qualification and flight test events
• Manage ordnance pedigrees and lead the review of ordnance reports to ensure mission success
• Support future mission planning to ensure target portfolios meet flight test campaign requirements
• Provide on-site support for major test and flight events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
• 7+ years of experience working on missile defense or complex, large-scale DoD programs
• US Citizenship and an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Proven experience working with ordnance systems on launch vehicles, including design, production, and testing
• Knowledge of AIAA S113 or similar industry standards
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical ideas through clear, concise presentations and documentation
• Ability to review systems engineering documentation for accuracy and specification compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically with ordnance or destruct charges
• Familiarity with MDA and systems engineering processes
• Experience with MDA configuration management tools and processes
