Technical Integration Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical subject matter expert for the CardPointe gateway, supporting ISV partners and integrators in the production environment
• Lead the delivery and execution of complex CardPointe integrations and production initiatives
• Consult with stakeholders on technical design, integration approaches, and production readiness
• Act as a liaison between development, infrastructure, support, and business teams to meet client needs
• Manage client production issues end-to-end, including troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication
• Partner with implementation teams to coordinate integration execution and transition solutions into production
• Support production testing and address critical issues, which may include after-hours or weekend support as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in payments processing (merchant, back-end, or gateway) or API integration roles
• Strong background in technical integrations, specifically supporting developers and ISVs
• Hands-on experience with payment gateway APIs and a deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS
• Proficiency in managing escalations and tracking issues using Jira
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation in Confluence
• Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM/case-management platforms
• Must possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization
